At Nashville Sounds, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in the original box if possible.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our Nashville warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
